Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with a commitment to excellence and a desire for success to fill the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, effective and courteous customer service via phone, e-mail and online chat
• Reviewing customer profiles for account renewals
• Billing administration for our online billing system
• Identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow business through ability to advice and offer clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs (Products and services include: retail, financial and technical)
• Must adhere to both professional practices and standards, and processes and controls to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bilingual (French-English) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent email and phone etiquette, with the ability to resolve problems and answer sales-related questions
• Courteous, professional, dynamic and well-organized
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to calculate variables and analyze reports
• Superior work ethic and self motivated
• Ability to work within a team environment and individually
• High level of computer proficiency including MSOffice products and internet navigation
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and week-ends
