Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven individual who enjoys building customer relationships and has a proven track record in sales to fill the role of Bilingual Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to create leads and sales opportunities
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
  • Achieve business targets and create sales leads through excellent telephone sales and communication skills
  • Create and deliver qualified leads and opportunities to Account Managers, including calls-to-action, dates, appointment scheduling, complete profile information, etc.
  • Perform outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail in order to cross-sell and up-sell
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into leads
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
  • Coordinate customer training as necessary
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French-English) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • University or college degree in business or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
  • Proven experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Solid networking skills and the ability to target key decision makers in all departments
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Highly developed skills in prospecting, cold calling, follow-up and closing
  • Keen problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Natural desire to stay informed of industry practices
  • Computer savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
